What we offer

  • Coordination and supporting all team meetings (regular in-house and external meetings) and business occasions in line with travel management 
  • First contact of LHC for external guests/caller, other departments and HQs
  • Completing office management tasks: floor order, supply of office material
  • Supporting GM and management line for ad-hoc reports, presentation preparations
  • Keeping timings for regular reports, actively asks responsible people to deliver timely
  • Working with and regularly update all CEE standard systems and tools

Who we are looking for

  • Responsible, reliable, organised, precise person with University degree
  • Fluent spoken and written English knowledge
  • Good communication skills in line with the ability to work under pressure
  • Team player, autonomous individual with willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • SAP skills are advantageous
