YOUR ROLE
- This role will report to and support the Marketing Manager to lead 360 marketing programs for assigned product lines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in integrated marketing communication and will be able to work in a fast-paced, constantly
changing environment. The ability to interact with employee at all levels, remaining hard-working, attend to details, proactive is critical. - Assist Marketing Manager to manage assigned product lines, in term of marketing materials, POSM and new launch planning, marketing event
- Identify branding opportunities to use digital platform to enhance the overall band strategy
- Coordinate with internal parties and manage external vendors to ensure execution excellence in promotion programs, trade activities and visibility project
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Principal Accountabilities
- Assist Marketing Manager to manage assigned product lines, in term of marketing materials, POSM and new launch planning, inventory and monthly A&P 40%
- Plan and execute digital marketing communications to drive digital initiatives, monitor and manage social media accounts to maximize the brand awareness 20%
- Plan and execute marketing campaign and event to drive revenue and market penetration 20%
- Perform market research, competitor’s analysis and market commentary. Support team head in planning and formulating strategic purpose 10%
- Provide supports to Education and Sales Team and ensure the smooth running of the business; 10%
