- Create long term value to the team & ensure the sustainable growth by working with key stakeholders (PD, AE, AO, sales, etc)
- Lead the KSI projects and achieve the global / regional biz target
- Launch key ADP projects and gain successful stories for regular sharing.
- Provide market insights & data analysis to biz team
- Go-to-person for specific KSI
- Achieve KSI target for assigned region and technology
- Raise ADP projects and work with IM to prepare the biz case & CTQ with acumen
- Monitor the market trend and define the future oriented product roadmap
- Manage operational projects to ensure the biz success

- New biz development (new application, new product, new partner in the valye chain) 45%
