YOUR ROLE
- Provide technical support to key customers/ projects and drive growth of AE electronic Accessories bussiness
- Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
- Is responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members of TCS field team or project members
- To support new project, collect CTQ, customer evaluation support, failure analysis etc;
- Accountabilities (Time in %)
- Customer visit for ACE Project support 50%
- Lab experiment for ACE project support 30%
- Customer complaint/trouble shooting support 20%
