- Lead the strategic development of best in class solutions for the digital talent attraction (incl talent rends & industry best practices)
- Align with regions & stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of global programs
- Update and re-designs the programs to meet regional / local needs if necessary
- Coordinate Henkel’s global employee pulse survey & prepare top management reports
- Glassdoor: responsible for Glassdoor account & steering activation & global campaigns
- Internal Engagement: Steer Henkel’s internal employer branding activities and ensure global engagement with
- Dare to make an impact? (incl. lead creative agency for the topic)
- Digital Talent Attraction: Align closely with business stakeholders to ensure attractiveness of all employer branding activities for digital profiles
- Global conferences: Coordinate Henkel’s presence at global conferences to drive our reputation as an employer of choice, especially in the digital target group
- Evaluate and improve policies, processes, systems, and tools, incl. KPIs & compliance
