- Support Adhesive Customer Engagement (ACE) quoting in North America; Support user management in ACE
- Handle issues from ACE/ PROS Smart Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) based on available documentation
- Coordinate resolution of issues (e.g., send to relevant stakeholders)
- End-user communication for release management
- Support Price Optimization Software (PROS) Control data uploads and validation including gap identification and processing; End-user communication (e.g., inform pricing managers about price changes)
- Access management to CPQ, e.g., create CPQ users
- Perform ACE/PROS reporting for business (e.g., KPI tracking and continuous improvement)
