YOUR ROLE

• Design, implementation and communication of the company's Total Rewards strategy
• Leverage Total Rewards programs to meet the company's objectives and support the attraction and retention of top talents
• Ensure that reward programs are competitive, sustainable and effective
• Recommend new processes and restructure established ones to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with market trends and company strategy
• Prepare and align all communication packages/campaigns related to Total Rewards initiatives and processes
• Advise on rewards related M&A due diligence and post deal integration matters
• Manage relationship with external providers and consulting companies

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s and preferably masters degree in business, human resources or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a Global Total Rewards role
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
• Proven project management experience
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence all levels of leadership
• Expert MS Office knowledge
• Experience with SAP and Cornerstone is a plus
