YOUR ROLE

  • Penetrate new business channels and grow emerging channels such as online retailers.
  • Achievement of company objectives in line with Budget i.e., GES, NES, Contribution and Market share.  
  • Identify business opportunities, and steer business development budgets and objectives for agreed accounts.
  • Account planning, development, and implementation of short- and long-term collaborative business plans.
  • Promotional Planning: assist with effective promotional activity which forms part of the account planning process.
  • Category Analysis: leverage category data to generate category sales opportunities through effective collaboration with the customer marketing team and your individual category analysis.
  • Forecasting: submit sales forecast along with the assumptions for sign off at monthly demand review meetings so that forecast accuracy benchmarks are achieved.
  • Act as a strategic partner building strong rapport, building sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Marketing or related field.
  • Three (3) years Sales Account Management experience, while Business Development and online Marketplace expertise is highly advantageous.
  • A strong negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and direct strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, performance driven and collaborative teams.
  • Strong computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Office software
