YOUR ROLE

• Act as the creative element to connect the tax world with digital technologies (BI, automation, SAP)
• Manage complex projects in the global tax area from corporate level perspective
• Coordinate key contributors and process owners as well as the management of external contractors to the benefit of Henkel in its functions & business units
• Analyze tax requirements, transfer them to value-adding and tax compliant processes
• Balance business requirements with tax requirements for the benefit of Henkel
• Combine process automation and digital components to bring tax compliance to the next level

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent University degree (or similar) in Business Administration/Economics ideally with a specialization in taxes
• At least 2 years of practical experience focusing on international tax topics and tax operations
  
• Minimum 2 years project experience; agile methodology experience is a plus
• Affinity and experience in digital technologies (BI, AI, automation, SAP) with the attitude to think out of the box 
• Excellent English language skills and distinct communication skills; German language skills are a plus 
• High motivation, initiative and pro-active thinking
