YOUR ROLE

• Become part of the Adhesives Global STI Team, act as the contact person for the internal stakeholders and ensure conformance to overall Short-Term Incentives (STI) policies and procedures
  
• Coordinate the quarterly target setting process with HR, Functions and Business Unit Controlling
  
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis during the target setting and target achievement processes
  
• Provide financial recommendations based on quarterly simulations and scenario modeling of target achievements
  
• Actively contribute to continuous improvements in the Short-Term Incentives related concepts, processes, and tools
  
• Support monitoring of GBS+ (Global Business Solution) related project activities

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar subject
  
• Ideally 2 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g.: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  
• Knowledge of data processing and data analysis, software knowledge (e.g.: Python, KNIME) is advantageous
  
• Fluent English language skills are essential, German is a plus
  
• Excellent analytical, communication & presentation skills
  
• Highly motivated, team-oriented person with a distinct ‘Can-Do’ attitude
