- Propose and implement the global data analytics strategy within given timing and budget
- Set up, maintain, and use global analytics tools and dashboards
- Implement testing, tracking and reporting schemes to measure sales impact of digital initiatives across channels incl. Social Media, Website, CRM, digital Media Campaigns, Search & Onsite Campaigns
- Generate regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations to be shared with the right stakeholders
- Identify and communicate best cases, improvements, white spots and challenges proactively
- Support other Digital/IT related projects
- Conduct digital upskilling seminars for APAC region and other marketing members
- Collaboration/Communication with Marketing teams, IT teams, Country teams
- Monitoring Digital and Data Analytics evolution and trends
