YOUR ROLE
- Delivering sales, value share, trade spending, execution and fast listing targets for Traditional Trade Upper Segment Indirect Customers under his/her responsibility
- Leading Joint Business Planning processes with customers; negotiating and aligning on trade terms and conditions, and following up on compliance
- Building and maintaining sustainable and collaborative customer relationships to ensure effective partnerships at commercial & operational level
- Designing and implementing account plans based on growth forecasts, market opportunities, and customer capabilities; in line with company strategy
- Providing accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast per customer
- Regularly analyzing and reporting customer performance against KPIs; such as sales, value share and trade spending
