YOUR ROLE

• Act as extended central IT contact between dx and Henkel Consumer Business stakeholders
  
• Manage the global digital project portfolio with focus on consumer digital initiatives
  
• Ensure that  digital project portfolio supports digital strategic roadmap of Henkel Consumer Business
  
• Support further development of digital roadmap of Henkel Consumer Business in a complex and dynamic environment of digitalization
  
• Understand and explain relevant KPIs, budget figures and financial impact of projects/ application to Henkel Consumer Business stakeholders
  
• Drive global alignment of IT solutions and projects with regional counterparts and within dx (cross dx towers)
  
• Create decision proposals and presentations  to Top management level and above
  
• Be involved in Data & Analytics strategy development for Henkel Consumer Business

YOUR SKILLS

• University Degree in Business Administration, Business informatics or a related field
• 5 years business experience in International Business Steering or Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of or interest to learn about the digital agenda Henkel Consumer Business and global IT trends
• Strong communication- and presentation skills supporting stakeholder collaboration
• Strong English skills (written, oral)
• Ability and ambition to cope with the complex and dynamic environment of digitalization
• Analytical skills and affinity to work with KPIs and financials, support creation and judge business cases
• Open eyes opportunities for business and dx, to shape and improve processes for mutual efficient roadmap setup
• Accurate working style, managing global portfolio of IT projects and products
