YOUR ROLE
- Lead our Business-to Business (B2B) Eshop marketing activities, including content, online merchandising, promotions, feature set/UX and their execution
- Contribution to strategic positioning of our B2B Eshop in line with customer, brand, sales organization
- Understand and follow up on the changes in the market, customers, and competitors in scope of B2B e-shop planning and control
- Collaborate on translating brand strategies into B2B ecommerce relevant campaigns.
- Plan online content management
- Drive sales, conversion, site optimization and work towards B2B ecommerce KPIs
- Design, develop and implement onsite marketing campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate on the creation of a promotional report to be shared with stakeholders
- Collect insights and learnings in ongoing business in different markets to develop new products, features and mechanics for B2B e-shop
- Work closely with global e-shop team and DX on technical enhancement priorities
- Analyze market, customer needs and competitors via surveys, direct feedback, and other methods, to set benchmarks and create new features
- Ensure B2B shop benefits customers, sales force, and brand equity
