- Support the global License Management and License Review process and the administration of the Software Asset Management (SAM) tool (ServiceNow SAM Pro)
- Import, Execute quality gate and Update license entitlement records in the SAM tool
- Execute functional testing of SAM tool based on defined cases during platform upgrades
- Resolve tickets and tasks in the related SAM tool and act as a license management contact for requests addressed to license management team
