YOUR ROLE
·Operates day-to-day credit management activities and ensures proactive risk-avoidance
·Decides on release of orders and credit limits accord to decision matrix; ensures and safeguards Global Credit Policy and reg. amendments
·Manages third-party collection agencies and legal affairs relating to debtors
·Conducts risk assessments for all Legal Contract Management (LCM) customers and updates approval sheets Monitors credit risks, analysis, mitigates risks, while enabling sales and avoiding bad debts
·Authorizes non-standard payment terms for risky customers in coordination with sales managers
·Reports payment terms development and performance
·Supports business on commercial agreements, ensuring internal and external networking
·Conducts regular reporting; tracks, analyzes and optimizes account receivables and collection activities
·Performs customer visits
·Drives end-to-end process optimization and implementation of best practices in country / cluster
·Measures SSC-cooperation and performance as defined in regional service level agreements
·Acts as escalation level for BU's and SSC in all OTC-sub processes
