- To ensure Kurkumbh site have an effective and working Quality Management System in place, and continuously improve and upgrade the same as per customer requirements and current ISO standards.
- Analyse customer inputs received in form of complaints, feedback etc. to address the same and improve customer satisfaction with continuous improvement.
- To ensure people are to be trained on current quality practices and develop to meet increased customer demands
- Effective technology transfer from other Indian sites to Kurkumbh with effective change management system
- Develop career plan for the Quality team.
