YOUR ROLE

• You are the Business Owner of the ADP digital tool and key decision maker for future tool developments and enhancements
• Own the Innovation ADP reporting area, and work closely together with the SBUs to provide data and a baseline for they internal reporting
• Coordination and steering of GBS+ activities, including implementation of change requests and enhancements
• Contribute to internal / external audit related to the process, including management of ADP documentation, including implement of changes & approve validity
• Approve activities related to access, incident and problem management
• Facilitate DPM jour fixe and participation in PPM team meeting

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Science, Engineering or Information Technology
• At least 3 years of experience in Innovation or Innovation Management including hands-on knowledge of ADP and the Planview tool
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing KPIs and dashboards to steer business processes
• Good knowledge of PowerBI
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
