YOUR ROLE

  • Actively shape data and analytics projects by transforming business problems into concepts for data products and acting as a thought partner across business units and functions
  • Develop and maintain the vision and plan of data projects and oversee the execution of that plan
  • Work in close collaboration with domain, data science and data platform experts using agile methods to deliver high quality data products at a fast pace
  • Conduct ideation and innovation workshops, define and design ideas along the digital product lifecycle. Cooperate with other departments, partners and third parties to drive business value
  • Be part of the Data and Analytics team at Henkel. Advance the team with your expertise and live a culture of constant learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g., computer science, mathematics, business informatics, physics, statistics, or related field. PhD is a plus
  • Min 3 years of work experience with a focus on data and analytics
  • Proven track record of delivering analytics projects from business need via prototype to value generating solution
  • Experience in data preparation, data modeling, analysis, visualization and UI/UX design
  •  Strong skills in presenting concepts in verbal and written format to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Hands on experience in big data technology and coding in SQL and python or similar languages
  • Agile ways of working and native user of agile processes e.g., Scrum, Kanban, BizDevOps
  • Fluent in English; German language skill is a plus
