YOUR ROLE
As a Net Revenue Management Manager, you will be part of the local strategic steering unit of Net Revenue Management within the commercial team at Henkel Consumer Brands Italy. The NRM team aims to drive profitable growth for the company, through the balancing of different interests within the company itself. You will have the chance to be part of the team in the enhancement of Revenue Growth approach to Sales and Marketing, and you will contribute to spread the understanding of business performance metrics and financials KPI.
YOUR TASKS
- Assessing and optimizing strategic pricing, promotions, assortments, and trade investment policies.
- Understand and optimize portfolio architecture to support Marketing, enhancing profitability.
- Develop and design tools and systems to empower Sales and Marketing stakeholders in their analytical needs and to spread the Revenue Growth approach.
- Conduct best practice sharing, bringing all Customers and Brands on the same standard to pursue sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Global Teams for analyses/data crunching for specific projects, and generate insights based on those analyses.
