YOUR ROLE
- Implements and verifies production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Writes and updates quality assurance procedures; audit processes; develops work instructions.
- Performs materials testing to include chemical test of resins.
- Performs trend analysis highlighting adverse trends and out of control conditions.
- Conducts product audits.
- Verify corrective, preventive and continual improvement processes.
- Investigates customer complaints.
- Prepares quality documentation by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
YOUR SKILLS
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations in manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or product auditing in high volume manufacturing preferred.
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; effectively manage a diverse work load.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work.
The salary for this role is $18.00 - $22.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
