Henkel's Supply Chain department is responsible for the flow of goods, from the production of raw materials to the delivery of the product to end-users. The target of the department is to deliver high quality goods to customers at the lowest price possible. To accomplish this, close cooperation with the Sales, Logistics, Customer Service department is needed to ensure we provide the best solutions and services to our customers. As part of the European Supply Chain organization we are looking for a candidate for 12 months’ internship program.

  • Working in regular reporting support to develop our service to the customer and to optimize our own supply chain efficiency
  • Develop proposals for service level increase, cost saving initiatives based on own data analysis
  • Support of and leading of sub projects in direct contact with different levels within the organization

Who we are looking for

  • The ideal candidate is a student with a high interest in Supply Chain Management (International Economics, Organization and Management, Business Development)
  • Fluent English (another European language is an advantage)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel
  • An analytical and process driven personality, strategic thinking, willingness to deep dive into (new) topics
  • Motivation to develop own ideas and self-confidence to address them
  • Availability in 25-35 hours/week would be required (flexible working time) in Budapest
