The Quality Project (and Product Quality Planning PQP) manager is part of the European Adhesives Quality organization. He/she is mainly concerned with pro-active product and process quality improvement, also but not exclusively in innovation projects in the Adhesives Development Process (ADP).

Your task is to play an active role as project manager in process improvement projects in the area of Quality for Europe, including implementation or roll-out of standardized and system-based tools. Furthermore, you play an active role to coordinate quality relevant aspects and train the organization e.g. on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) or A3 Problem Solving. We are looking for a pro-active and self-motivated networker with operational Quality or relevant SAP system-based experience or technical background.

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in chemistry, (business-) engineering or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in quality management, operations or product development (please also feel free to apply if you have relevant SAP or project management expertise)
  • Interest in a regional coordination, change management and process improvement role
  • FMEA and problem-solving moderator skills, confirmed project management skills a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration as well as convincing and influencing skills
  • Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, OSHAS 18001, ISO/TS16949 preferred
  • Language: Strong business English, German nice to have, a third language a plus
