YOUR ROLE

  • Interface function between Supply Chain teams and Adhesives Industrial Business to improve the service to our customers in Europe
  • Status reporting and follow up of Supply Chain KPIs with sales country leads
  • Definition and execution of potential improvement measures in cooperation with supply chain and sales
  • Binding point in coordinating the execution of service plans (on customer level) or general initiatives to improve service level (country or regional) through all parts of the organization in Europe (Sales, Customer Service, Logistic Execution, Supply Chain Planning)
  • Responsibility for project planning and monitoring, collaboration with local Sales and CS teams, customer communication, KPI implementation)

YOUR SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of work experience within Supply Chain and/or Customer Service
  • Fluent in English
  • Practical experience with SAP and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
  • Very good analytical, interpersonal collaboration, & time management skills
  • Very good communication and presentation skills necessary within all levels and departments of Henkel
  • High level of flexibility and endurance, as well as being able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe (WE + EE)
