YOUR ROLE

  • Support HR processes, such as candidate selection, talent management, training coordination or creation and delivery of presentations
  • Contribute to the implementation of global HR strategies and processes
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for internship positions: participation on personal interviews, manage the onboarding process and other related tasks
  • Support internal and external Employer Branding activities
  • Take active part in the organization of HR related events, job fairs, roadshows, etc.

YOUR SKILLS

  • University student (ideally enrolled in Economic Studies with particular interest in Human Resources)
  • Minimum Intermediate English language skills and fluent Hungarian
  • Confident user of MS Office package (Excel, Power Point)
  • Precise, proactive, and self-motivated person, employee-focus approach
  • Possessing good communication and organizational skills
  • Available to work minimum 20-25 hours/week in Budapest
