About this Position
What you´ll do
- Lead financial controlling and risk monitoring as finance expert for real estate
- Prepare and evaluate business cases (DCF) to support real estate projects and investment decisions
- Prepare and steer the real estate investment planning process
- Develop, improve and implement governance, processes and tools for real estate controlling and data management
- Support internal stakeholders and committees with decision-relevant analyses and reporting
- Steer assigned special projects as a reliable, competent, and results-oriented business partner
- Collaborate with an international team of experts and in an intercultural environment
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in studies of real estate with focus in controlling, finance and/or accounting, or business administration with professional experience in real estate
- Ideally 3-5 years of relevant finance / controlling experience in real estate environment, preferably within a corporate context
- Excellent knowledge level of Excel, Power Point and affinity to related software and Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills paired with analytical and strategic thinking, solution-oriented mindset and diligent work approach
- Strong interest in driving the adoption and further development of AI- and data-driven solutions within real estate finance
- Strong proficiency in English, fluency in German preferred
