About this Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Engineer to join our Vietnam General Manufacturing & Maintenance division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the general industrial segment, specifically targeting markets such as e-motor, electrical machinery, assembly & other industries across a defined territory. 

What you´ll do

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in general industrial markets such as e-motor, electrical machinery, and assembly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and trials in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
  • B2B sales/ business development or engineering experience, preferably in adhesives, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand adhesive applications.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability to execute
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in general industrial sectors such as assembly or machinery.
  • Familiarity with bonding, sealing, and surface preparation processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
