About this Position
- To support site SHE manager to ensure full safety, emergency compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and Henkel standards.
- To promote safety implementation, culture and awareness of all employees through training, auditing and other activities.
- To develop process safety management system, support process hazard analysis and improvement.
What you´ll do
- Lead site daily safety and emergency management. 40%
- Lead safety, emergency related continuous improvement program. 20%
- Develop process safety program. 20%
- Technical support PHA. 10%
- Develop people. 10%
What makes you a good fit
- National Certified Safety Engineer (chemical).
- Qualified HAZOP Leader.
- >15 years MNC, chemical industrial safety management working experience.
- >10 years process safety experience.
- >10 years people management experience.
