GYIK

Igen – egyszerűen töltsd ki profilod online jelentkezési rendszerünkben. Miután elkészült online profilod, több pozícióra is jelentkezhetsz.

Igen. Mivel a Henkel egy nemzetközi vállalat, a világ minden tájáról érkezett kollégákkal fogsz együtt dolgozni, és az angol a hivatalos cégnyelvünk. Általában a „szabály” a következő: kérjük, a pályázatot ugyanazon a nyelven írda meg, amin az álláshirdetés is szerepel.

A Henkelnél minden egyes pozíció egyedi, és a megfelelő jelölt megtalálása mind a felvett jelölt, mind a Henkel számára fontos. Biztosak akarunk lenni abban, hogy a jelölt és a cég is jól illeszkedjen egymáshoz. A teljes folyamat során visszajelzést adunk a jelentkezőknek.

Yes, in fact it is an expectation within Henkel that our talent is flexible and mobile. This helps to support the company on a broad, global level.
Our “Triple Two” philosophy promotes this expectation, by allowing you to work in at least two different roles, in two different business areas and two different countries. The reason behind this philosophy is that we believe working in different roles, business units and functions is good for your personal development and improves your understanding of Henkel as a global company.
