About this position
What you´ll do
- Act as the core data strategic partner for APAC LT & local key business stakeholders to lead regional business intelligence strategy, data analytics roadmap, and data-driven business transformation across APAC.
- Oversee the design, development, and upgrade of core BI reports cross-APAC and cross-function, and manage key regular reporting systems, quarterly business reviews, and management-level data presentations for APAC LT.
- Lead high-value analytical initiatives and independently drive advanced business insight mining for operational optimization and incremental business growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify business growth gaps, market potential, operational inefficiencies, conversion bottlenecks and cost optimization opportunities by translating complex data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Co-develop operational action plans and measurable business improvement solutions and identify tracking KPIs to monitor the implementation.
- Track post-implementation business results, quantify revenue growth, efficiency improvement and cost-saving outcomes, and maintain value delivery closed loop.
- Provide professional guidance on complex data analysis methodologies and strategic business judgment to support the upskilling of internal team’s data analytical capabilities.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, strategic data analysis, or data operation management.
- Strong leadership capability to independently own strategic data projects, define analysis directions, and drive cross-business alignment.
- Exceptional business acumen with a consistent track record of proactively mining business opportunities and driving data-based growth.
- Excellent business consulting and demand management skills, experienced in high-level stakeholder communication and strategic negotiation.
- Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving capability, and independent end-to-end project leadership.
- Fluent in English for cross-regional strategic communication, business strategy documentation and executive-level presentation.
