What you´ll do
- Documentation of existing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) processes and developments in English
- Reviewing and documenting MES manufacturing, logistics, and quality processes
- Preparing technical and user documentation in English Coordinating documentation drafts within the team and with external companies
- Subtitling instructional videos
- Organizing and tracking documentation
What makes you a good fit
- Students with ongoing studies in the field of IT/Engineering with at least 1-1.5 years of active student status
- 25-30 hours/week with flexibility
- Communication-level English language skills (spoken and written)
- Flexibility, independence
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous work experience in an administrative position (including school experience)
- Knowledge of programming languages is not required but is an advantage (e.g. Java, Python)
