What you´ll do
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for intern and full-time positions
- Participate in candidate screening & interview scheduling, conduct online & face-to-face interviews
- Assist in onboarding coordination and candidate experience initiatives
- Contribute to internal and external Employer Branding campaigns
- Help manage social media content, job board postings, and career site updates
- Take part in organizing job fairs, university events, and HR marketing activities
What makes you a good fit
- University student (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or HR)
- Minimum intermediate English proficiency
- Creative mindset with interest in recruitment and branding
- Skilled in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic HR environment
