The eContent & Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to users in creating purchase orders (POs) in IMS, maintaining open and strategic communication with high-level stakeholders to track requirements throughout the LATAM region. In this key role, you will manage the resolution of tickets in ServiceNow and other internal Henkel tools, while actively participating in the implementation of various regional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve more agile processes.

- Support to users with IMS PO creation.
- Communication with high level stakeholders for request follow up in LATAM.
- Submit tickets in ServiceNow and other Henkel tools.
- Support in diverse projects implementation across LATAM.
- Steer continuous improvement initiatives for leaner processes.
- Open to learn activities related to digital topics such as AI and Power Apps.

- Bachelor degree in business related fields.
- Microsoft platforms (Int - Advanced)
- English (Intermediate to Advance is a must).
- Great communication skills.
- Proactivity as there is quite a lot of stakeholder management and we need to think ahead for solutions.
