About this Position
The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Learning Management.
What you´ll do
- Handling the system booking for the learning records and support with financial processing for specific trainings to our Henkel employees.
- Coordinate with the team to follow the correspondent process for our programs and to process the necessary documentation records into our internal Learning Management tools.
- Establishing the right communication channels with our employees and stakeholders following our SLA.
- Participate with different team members in HRDirect & across GBS into specific projects.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant study.
- Fluent in English.
- 0 to 1 year of operational experience (Experience in HR Operations is preferrable).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Interest in Information Technologies (Automation & Robotics).
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
