What you´ll do
- Support the tracking and monitoring of Continuous Improvement projects by maintaining project trackers, monitoring milestones, and following up on action items
- Assist in developing communication plans and creating engaging materials such as announcements, infographics, and promotional content for Quality & Continuous Improvement initiative
- Help update and improve Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement training materials, presentations, and supporting documents
- Monitor and consolidate updates from Quality & ISO Coordinators to support effective reporting and follow-through on key activities
- Conduct data validation, quality checks, and status tracking to ensure accurate and reliable project and operational information
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support Continuous Improvement, Quality, and ISO-related programs and initiatives
- Contribute fresh ideas and recommendations to enhance processes, communications, and operational efficiency within the Quality & Continuous Improvement team
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Organizational Communication, or Project Management
- Knowledge in MS Office software required; Experience in design software for creating and sending out communication materials is an advantage
- Knowledge in live streaming tools (i.e., OBS Studio) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least four hundred-eighty (480) on-the-job training hours
