About this Position

Our Consumer Intelligence team in Bratislava is seeking an experienced Market Researcher to bring passion, curiosity and expertise to our dynamic group of four. As part of Henkel Consumer Brands, you will support our global Hair portfolio, using a full range of quantitative market research methods to uncover insights that drive impactful decisions. What you´ll do
- Leading research projects independently to validate key marketing mix elements (formula, communication, design, price) for product innovations
- Overseeing all aspects of study execution, including screeners, interview guidelines, questionnaires, quality control of test material, etc.
- Collaborating with business partners to ensure timely delivery of inputs and smooth project completion
- Identifying key learnings
- Preparing management summaries and presentations for business partners
What makes you a good fit
- Fluent English (C1 - written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
- University education in the field of Sociology, Market Research, Marketing, Business Studies or Psychology
- Min. 3 years of proven work experience within market research scope
- Comfortable with quantitative research methods
- Excellent project managements and communication skills
- Proven analytical skills, enjoy turning data into strategic opportunities
- Skilled user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Minimum salary: 1600 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
