About this Position
What you´ll do
- Drive profitable growth in the Independent Aftermarket (Vehicle & Repair Maintenance) for the key brands Teroson and Loctite
- Lead and develop key distributors, ensuring best-in-class performance and portfolio optimization
- Strengthen market presence through targeted commercial initiatives
- Build and expand a high-performing dealer network
- Collaborate closely with local Technical Sales Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Deliver commercially and technically driven trainings with distribution partners
- Ensure strong representation at key events and trade fairs
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or distribution, ideally in the automotive aftermarket
- Proven track record in managing and growing customer or distributor relationships
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on results and business growth
- Fluent German and English skills and high willingness to travel within Germany
