What you´ll do
- Active involvement in diverse business planning projects
- Supporting Business Planning community with analytics data and collaborating directly with stakeholders at different level of the organization
- Reporting – enhancement, maintainance and regulardatarefresh
- Maintaining a SharePoint platform to supportknowledge management and training activities
- Co-moderatorfor team meetingskeepingresponsibiltyfor agenda and meeting minuteswith Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
What makes you a good fit
- Students with ongoing studies in the field of Economics/Engineering with strong interest in Supply Chain/Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of active student status
- Min. 25-30 hours/week with flexibility
- Fluent English skills
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and creative, with the will to succeed
- Team-player who thinks in terms of solutions, independent and driven by results
- Analytical skills, sense for accuracy, perfectly able to work in Microsoft Excel
- Intrest in AI tools
- Strong communication skills
- Process mapping, SAP and Power BI experience is an advantage
