About this Position

As a team member of our HR Team, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners. You can expect to be the driving force behind various HR projects and initiatives, ranging from successful onboardings to exit. You will be located and working from our Global Supply Chain HQs in Amsterdam and learn more about different business units and their functions and collaborating with a diverse group of professionals in the supply chain HQs. 

What you´ll do

  • Supporting HRBPs and managing day-to-day HR admin and lifecycle related activities from onboarding to exit.
  • Leveraging and analyzing data to support the HR Business Partners to make decisions
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives (e.g., Engagement, wellbeing, DEI or other initiatives that are eager to contribute to)
  • Being an ambassador of the intern community, managing the community and driving intern engagement initiatives and events

What makes you a good fit

  • Studying/studied business administration or psychology or social sciences, or law at WO/HBO University
  • Previous experiences in HR are a plus, but not a must
  • Excellent level of English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are open minded, easy to connect with, hands on, eager to structure and optimize processes, creative, analytical … and you have a true passion for HR.
